No swearing. That's what I learned today - it's considered particularly disrespectful. Not just "How rude!" as it is in the US. So.......I'm going to stop swearing forthwith. To me it's just another word, a word with a little more oomph than, like, darn, but I'll just have to be more creative, and perhaps metaphorical in my expressions of displeasure. Actually, that could be fun.
Back in the day, when I was teaching The Bad Kids (at alternative school; thugs and gangsters for the win!), my best and most popular lesson was the swearing lesson* - in which I taught my students creative alternatives for swearing. Since their English was gutter English at best, that was always exciting.
*Please note: the swearing always came from them, not me. I am a professional, after all!
